Oh internet, how much do I love you? Found this awesome site for ghetto prom picts just randomly. And while it’s not really such a smooth transition into the world of one of Baltimore’s best producers, it’ll do for now.

As you all well know, there’s basically 2 types of Baltimore producers. The REAL dudes who live in Baltimore and the OTHER people from everywhere else. Dukeyman is one of the REAL dudes and his discog goes all the way back to 1997! Yeah, he’s one of the originators of the sound that a whole bunch of people took and never looked back to pay homage. Check this quick but illuminating article from Baltimore’s own City Paper about the man, the myth and the legend.
