You’re reading that correctly, it’s an iPhone application that was on sale for $999.99 for a limited time before Apple yanked it off the market. What’s more strange is when one bought the program, it just had a glowing red jewel and a “mantra for success”. Hahah! There’s a cool video showing it’s functions here. I’m sort of surprised it was taken off the market, as it appears to me to be more of an art project more than everything, but with hosts of amazing new programs (samplers, synths, guitar tuners) popping up for the iphone every second, it makes sense to make room on the sales floor too.
That said, few people could get more rich from Oliver $ then you, our faithful friends and listeners. Exploited records have a new record/digital release out for RQM, and while the release is def. good, the Oliver $ is fucking GREAT!!! It’s a sort of “Midget” track with crazy wobbly basslines and enough get up to keep you up! Tasty! Wacka Wacka:
