It’s getting colder these days here in Berlin (ok, it’s FUCKING cold today…) and we need some warmth. So that leads to thoughts of summer, and summer jams, and one of the big ones this past year was Heater by Samin. Imagine my surprise when I came across a remix by Diplo in a pretty Brazilian style (both tracks below). Which leads me to an idea I had to try to make minimal techno songs more fun. Yes, I know lots and lots of people think minimal is the shit, and even I (JF) “get it” more these days, but I still find it hard to really RAVE to a minimal track… Well! Here’s the edit I made, and judging by it’s response form the NYE party, it does well for itself! haha!
